Tuna salad with peppers
Pumpkin “montadito” (a tapa-sized roll of bread) with nuts drizzled with balsamic vinegar
Potato, bacon and mushroom millefeuille
Main meal: (pick one)
Fish:
Monkfish with sautéed sliced potato
Turbot with mushrooms and hazelnut sauce
Meat:
“Chuletón” (a very thick cut bone-in steak), sirloin with vegetables, lamb chops, duck breast on tomato compote and port sauce, roast suckling pig.
Dessert degustation:
Tinned peaches with puff pastry and ice cream.
