The house is located in the Natural Park of Urbasa and Andía in the magnificent village of Lezáun. ERBIOZ is the perfect choice to enjoy a quiet holiday in surroundings that will impress you. Our house has everything you need to spend a few days off with maximum comfort and in a unique location. You can swim in the covered pool from May to September, and in the winter you can sit next to the fireplace and enjoy the tranquillity.

Erbioz rural house
Erboiz has 4 bedrooms and a beautiful suite over its four floors. As the house is built into a slope, the living room “Los Cristinos” is located on the south façade and the basement on the north side. In addition to the garden and the swimming pool, there is a bathroom and a woodshed. On the ground floor you can find the main entrance. You can also access the house through the single car garage. Behind the hall you have access to the rooms “Legarcel” and “Aldaia” that share a large bathroom with bathtub.
Climbing the marble staircase you reach the second floor. The room “Lubierri” facing south has its own bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The room “Obats” and the suite “Arleze” share a bathroom.And in the tower, you can find a nice studio with balcony to the north and terrace to the south.
